Yom Kippur 5786/2025

Wednesday, October 1, 2025 9 Tishrei 5786

7:00 PM - 8:45 PMEvergreen neighborhood of Shoreline (exact location disclosed upon registration)

Join the Circle for a secular humanistic Kol Nidre service, thoughtfully crafted and graciously led by a former Steering Committee Chair of SJC. This is a short service, but dense with meaning and value, so you won't want to miss it!

If you haven't attended an SJC Kol Nidre yet, we don't want to give too much away about it, but know that you're in for a treat! (Returning attendees: No spoilers please!) Come with your thinking cap on, ready and willing to reflect on the past year; not to beg forgiveness or to repent to a higher power, but rather to contemplate whether you've spent the past year living your humanistic Jewish values, and how you can be your best you in the year to come.

FAQ: What distinguishes a traditional Kol Nidre service from a secular humanist one?

* Please note that this short program is intended to be quiet and introspective, so we respectfully ask that potential distractions, such as restless minors or pets, not be brought to this service!

We will be accepting donations in support of
Jewish Family Service's Annual Food Drive!
