Following a brief Shabbat service, the host (who is a professional artist) will lead a clay-work art session. 🫴 The host shares that they chose clay because it symbolizes renewal and reincarnation, as it can be infinitely recycled and molded. The perfect art medium for spring!

Budding artists of all skill levels are welcome! 🎨 No need to bring any supplies of your own; host will supply all clay, smocks and tools. Just come as you are!

Event host has requested:

• This event is restricted to the existing SJC community. (If this would be your first event with us, we encourage you to instead join us for Passover!)
• Proof of vaccination will not be requested, but host strongly urges attendees be up-to-date on their COVID-19 vaccines (up through the 2024-2025 seasonal dose) before entering their home for this event.

Accessibility information:

• Fully wheelchair accessible: Both elevators and automatic doors on-site.
• Host owns both cats and dogs, none of which are hypoallergenic.
• If you intend to bring an animal with you, please note that the apartment community only permits small cats and dogs.
• Home is temperature-controlled.
• As this is a home, restroom is gender-neutral.
• Sensory safe spaces are available both in the home as well as in the larger apartment community building.
• Plenty of free indoor parking available.
• Home is most accessible via public transit routes 221 & 250, but is within 10mins walking distance of 224, 542, 545, 930 and RapidRide B Line.
